BOARD CHARTER AND CODE OF CONDUCT
The board of Electrometals Technologies Limited has adopted a formal charter which sets out the principles for the operation of the board of directors and provides a description of the functions of the board and the functions delegated to management. The board charter also incorporates a formal code of conduct for employees. The principles and practices referred to in the board charter have been developed by the board, in conjunction with management.
